About Morgan
For two years I've practiced as a Registered Dietitian across hospital and private practice settings, bringing both clinical problem-solving and one-on-one coaching to each visit. My MPH from UNC Chapel Hill shaped how I see health at a population level, and my Lactation Counselor training adds a practical lens to conversations about feeding and support. Outside of appointments you'll find me reading, weightlifting, walking my dog, or taking a Pilates class, which helps me stay energized for this work.
Approach to care
I combine current science with empathy and clear action so we can build changes that stick. Care is behavior-focused, guided by evidence and centered on your goals, values, and day-to-day life. We'll look beyond single nutrients to sleep, stress, movement, and your relationship with food, and Iāll teach the why behind recommendations so you can make informed choices. Expect straightforward steps, compassionate accountability, and a focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes.
Your first session with Morgan
We'll begin with a relaxed, thorough conversation where I review your medical history and any available lab work or biometrics. We'll do a deep dive into your relationship with food, whatās been working, and what feels hard. Together we'll set a couple of short-term, realistic goals and outline practical next steps you can try right away. Thereās no pressure to have everything figured out, just bring your questions and your story and we'll shape a plan together.
