About Molly
A passion for sustainable habits and evidence-based practice guides my work as a Registered Dietitian. I bring four years of experience across sports nutrition, wellness, and biomarker optimization, and I earned an MPH in Nutrition from UNC Chapel Hill. As an RD and LD who also holds a CSSD, I help clients use food as a practical tool for both health and performance. Outside of work I recharge by dancing, reading, and watching pro sports.
Approach to care
I center our work on current research while keeping things practical and achievable. We'll cut through confusing advice together, translate the science into clear actions, and set realistic checkpoints for accountability. You can expect warm, nonjudgmental support and education so you feel empowered to make choices that stick.
Your first session with Molly
Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we'll review your medical history and talk through what matters to you. You don't need to have everything figured out beforehand. Together we'll identify short-term goals that feel manageable and aligned with your life, and I'll offer evidence-based, practical strategies to get started. The plan is flexible, judgment-free, and focused on sustainable progress so we can adjust as we learn more.
