Hi, Iām Misti! Iām a Registered Dietitian based in Illinois, where I live with my husband and spend my free time enjoying long walks, golf, yoga, and traveling to professional sporting events. My very favorite thing is when my husband and I get to spend time with our two adult sons. I believe that food should be both nourishing and joyful, and I love exploring new restaurants and experimenting with fresh recipes in my own kitchen. As a dietitian, one of my favorite parts of the job is helping people discover creative, budgetāfriendly ways to enjoy nutrientādense foods.
