About Mindy
I’m Mindy, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 15+ years of experience in functional and integrative nutrition. I’m passionate about helping people get to the root of what’s going on with their health so they can feel better, have more energy, and create lasting change. I specialize in metabolic health, including diabetes, prediabetes, cardiovascular health, and sustainable weight management. With a strong belief that food is medicine, I take a personalized, whole-body approach to support healing and restore balance, with a focus on how you feel today and your long-term healthspan. My goal is to give you the knowledge, tools, and support you need to take control of your health in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in partnership. I meet you where you are and work alongside you to identify your goals and uncover what may be contributing to underlying imbalances. Together, we’ll use a food-as-medicine approach and lifestyle shifts to support your body’s natural ability to heal. My role is to guide, support, and empower you every step of the way so you can make meaningful changes.
Your first session with Mindy
Your first session is all about you. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. I’ll listen closely to get a full picture and start identifying any possible root causes. You can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we begin building a plan that feels both achievable and aligned with your life.
