About Michelle

Graduated from UC Davis have shaped how I view food and science, and the three years I've spent working as a Registered Dietitian in hospital and private practice taught me how to turn evidence into practical care. Living in both Eastern and Western countries deepened my appreciation for cultural foodways and adventurous eating, which I bring into meal planning and recipe swaps. Based in Los Angeles, I'm a self-proclaimed foodie and workout girl who loves pilates, cooking, playing piano, and unwinding with romcoms.

Approach to care

Michelle believes that health is a lifestyle, not a short-term fix, integrating mindset, nourishment, and self-care. As both a clinician and a lifelong foodie who has traveled internationally, she honors food as something to be enjoyed while also recognizing its powerful role in preventing and managing chronic disease. Food is medicine , but it should also be joyful and realistic. In today’s busy world, healthy living often feels overwhelming. I use evidence-based strategies as an RD while listening with warmth, so we'll build plans that feel doable rather than punitive : gentle accountability, patient autonomy, and actionable new goals that create new habits. My approach is to redefine “diet” in a world where individuals of all ages feel empowered to nourish their bodies with intention, balance, and confidence, using food as a tool for healing, strength, and sustainable well-being. Healthy eating is intentional. It is a choice. And balance is possible.

Your first session with Michelle

When we meet, expect a calm, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring. I'll assess your current eating patterns and ask practical questions about routines and preferences so we can spot small, meaningful shifts. We'll establish short-term goals together and leave with a personalized nutrition therapy plan that fits your schedule and tastes. You don't need to have it all figured out, we'll figure out next steps together.
