About Michelle
I am a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their health in ways that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life. While I have a strong clinical background in hospitals and medical settings, much of my work focuses on wellness, metabolism, and helping people find balance with food and their bodies. Many of the people I work with are not looking for strict diets or extreme changes. They want steady weight stability, better energy, improved digestion, and a healthier relationship with food. I help simplify nutrition and turn it into practical steps that fit your schedule, preferences, and real responsibilities. Whether you are trying to feel better in your body, prevent future health issues, or regain a sense of control after feeling stuck, I meet you where you are and help you build habits you can maintain long-term.
Approach to care
I provide patient-centered, non-judgmental care and focus on helping you feel supported and capable, not pressured. Real health change happens when nutrition works during busy days, stress, family responsibilities, travel, and everyday life. I focus on practical strategies that help you feel steady and confident with food rather than overwhelmed or restricted. I often support clients with: Weight stability and sustainable weight management. Improving metabolism and energy levels. Digestive comfort and anti-inflammatory eating. Building balanced meals without strict dieting. Preventive nutrition and long-term wellness habits. I understand that food is emotional, cultural, and woven into daily routines and life experiences. With that in mind, sessions focus on practical education and supportive guidance that fit your goals and the way you truly live each day.
Your first session with Michelle
Your first visit is a conversation, not a lecture. Together we will: Review your health history and daily routine. Talk through current eating patterns without judgment. Identify what feels out of balance. Clarify your goals around weight, energy, or overall wellness. Create one or two simple starting steps that feel realistic. You can expect to leave the session with ideas, tools, and steps that are meant to feel doable in your everyday life, so you can start making progress right away.
