About Megan
Nutrition has been my focus for more than nine years, shaped by clinical work in hospital in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition and practice as a RD/LD with IFNCP training, which feeds my interest in integrative and functional nutrition. I bring clinical expertise and a holistic lens to make plans practical and empowering. Outside the clinic you might find me hiking, playing pickleball, reading, or painting, and I bring that same curiosity and creativity to the care I provide.
Approach to care
Food and health are complex, so I center care on the whole person, not a single number. I combine evidence-based protocols with integrative, functional perspectives to build sustainable habits that fit your life. Our work together will be judgement-free and collaborative, focused on behaviors and education rather than short-term fixes. I give clear, actionable steps and supportive accountability, while helping you make informed choices.
Your first session with Megan
Expect a warm, low-pressure conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have. We'll take a deep look at your relationship with food, routines, and what has or hasn't worked, so we can set realistic short-term goals together. You don't need answers before we meet, just your honest experience. By the end you'll have a clear next step and a plan that feels doable and respectful of your life.
