About Megan

Food and human connection have guided my career for 13 years as a registered dietitian. I hold an MS in Nutrition and Public Health from Teachers College, Columbia University and practice as an RD and CDN. I’ve worked in clinical hospitals, private practice, research and academia, corporate wellness, and community health. Based in the Hudson Valley, New York, I bring evidence-based thinking and practical problem-solving to each visit.

Evidence matters, and so does how a plan fits into your life. I combine current research with warmth and curiosity, meeting you where you are to co-create realistic, sustainable habits. We’ll focus on clear, actionable steps and practical accountability, emphasizing behavior change over weight as the only measure of success. Nutrition lives alongside sleep, stress, movement, and relationships, so I take a holistic, educational approach that empowers you to make informed choices you can keep long term.

Your first session with Megan

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we explore your relationship with food, routines, wins, and frustrations. We'll take a deep dive into what’s been working and what hasn’t, then set short-term, attainable goals together. Before you leave we’ll create an initial meal plan tailored to your preferences and life, so you have concrete next steps. You don’t need to have all the answers—just bring your honest self and we'll figure out the path forward together.
