Food has always been a way I connect with people. As an RDN and LDN with an MS in Dietetics from Wayne State University, I bring two years of experience across clinical hospital care, community health, and long term care and rehabilitation. I'm passionate about helping people find balance between nourishing routines and the joy of fun foods. When I'm off the clock you'll often find me cooking or baking, practicing yoga, painting, or out for a run.

Expect a relaxed, low-pressure conversation where we'll review your medical history and take a comprehensive nutrition history. We'll dive into your relationship with food, explore what has helped or held you back, and talk about daily routines and goals. Together we'll set one or two short-term, realistic targets so you leave with clear, manageable next steps. You don't need to have everything figured out to get started, we'll meet you where you are.
