About Marie-Andree

Thirty plus years in nutrition have taught me that listening matters as much as knowledge. I hold a BS in Dietetics and Nutrition and practice in Miami as an RDN and LDN, with experience in community settings, long-term care and rehabilitation, facility along with specialty clinic for patients going through dialysis. I'm down to earth and supportive. When I'm not working you'll find me reading, traveling, or enjoying family time. I focus on empowering patients in their health journey, helping create realistic habits that last.

Approach to care

Nutrition counseling should feel practical and respectful. I use current evidence and proven protocols to create clear, measurable steps we'll test and adjust together. In a weight-neutral, HAES-aligned practice I focus on whole-person health, considering sleep, stress, movement, relationships, and food. I teach skills so you can make informed choices. Expect direct, actionable strategies delivered with warmth and without judgment, focused on sustainable change.

Your first session with Marie-Andree

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we meet you at your level and map out practical next steps. We'll review your medical and lifestyle history, daily routines, and what's been working or not. You do not need to have everything figured out or bring perfect data. Together we'll develop one or two measurable, achievable goals and small actions you can start right away. I'll support and adjust the plan as we learn what works for you.
