Hi! I'm Mallory. I'm a Registered Dietitian with 13 years of experience. I focus on practical, evidence-based solutions that fit real life to help empower clients to look and feel their absolute best. When I’m not working with clients you’ll find me cooking and meal planning, running, doing barre or spending time with family and friends.

You can expect a warm, judgment-free conversation where I’ll take time to get to know you. I’ll focus on understanding your health history, eating habits, and lifestyle goals. At the end of our session, we'll set 1-2 actionable goals as part of your personalized nutrition plan.
