About Madeleine

Balancing evidence and everyday life is what led me to clinical nutrition. As an RDN and LDN, I take clinical knowledge and translate it into realistic, sustainable steps. Outside work I recharge by hiking, camping, skiing, and cycling, testing new cookbook recipes or restaurants with friends, or curled up with music and a good book.

Approach to care

Science informs every recommendation I make, and compassion shapes how we put that science into practice together. I use a Health At Every Size, weight-neutral lens that centers behavior change and long-term habit building over quick fixes. We'll work in a judgment-free space, combining evidence-based strategies with practical, action-oriented steps that fit your life. I also focus on the whole person, considering sleep, stress, movement, and emotions, and I make a point to educate so you understand the why behind each change.

Your first session with Madeleine

When you come in, we'll spend time reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics so we can see the full picture. Our conversation will cover what’s been working, where you feel stuck, and what matters most to you. Together we’ll set one or two short-term, manageable goals and identify clear next steps based on your labs and daily life. This is a low-pressure, nonjudgmental visit, so you don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet.
