About Lucia
My path to nutrition was shaped by my own struggles with eczema and food intolerances. I have always loved food, but once I began to understand how deeply it is connected to every aspect of our health and how the body works, it completely changed my perspective. That experience sparked a lasting curiosity and passion for helping others better understand their own bodies and feel more confident in their health. Over time, my work in nutrition has evolved alongside my own life transitions. Becoming a mom has given me an even deeper appreciation for how important it is for nutrition to be realistic, flexible, and supportive of real life. It has shaped the way I care for my clients, with more empathy, practicality, and a focus on what is truly sustainable.
Approach to care
I combine evidence-based nutrition with a warm, practical approach so we can focus on building habits that actually last—not quick fixes. I take a holistic, weight-neutral approach, looking at the full picture of your health—physical, mental, and emotional. My goal is to make nutrition feel clear and doable. I’ll help you understand the ‘why’ behind recommendations and translate that into simple, realistic steps that fit your life. We’ll adjust as things change, and I’ll support you with empathy, honesty, and no judgment along the way.”
Your first session with Lucia
During our first session, my goal is to get to you know you, your motivations, health goals, history, and your relationship with food. You can expect a thoughtful, low-pressure conversation where we’ll explore what’s been going on, review your medical history, and look over any labs or biometrics you’re able to share. Together, we’ll identify one or two realistic short-term goals and turn them into small, doable habits that fit into your life. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. We’ll create a plan together that feels sensible, sustainable, and empowering.
