About Lori

Hi, I’m Lori! I’m a registered dietitian, mom, athlete, and coach and I help people feel better, live better, and finally understand what their body needs. With degrees in nutrition and psychology and 10+ years of experience across hospitals, rehabilitation, community, and sports nutrition settings, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world perspective to my work. I’ve also spent a lifetime in athletics, which shapes how I think about energy, performance, and recovery in everyday life. The core of what I do is simple: I meet you where you are, step into your world, and help you make sense of your nutrition and health. Then we can build a plan that works in your real life.

Approach to care

My approach is warm, empathetic, and grounded in evidence-based nutrition. I operate from the mindset that all foods fit, there isn’t one right way, and nutrition should bring you joy! Otherwise, why are we here? You signed up to chat about nutrition but this is your life we’re talking about. Let’s make it amazing! My background in nutrition science, psychology, physiology, and a lifetime of athletics makes me uniquely skilled at seeing the whole picture, not just food. Tell me what you’re experiencing - your habits, schedule, mindset, relationship with food - and I will connect the dots. Then together, we create a plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your real life. No perfectionism—and nothing is off the table. We’re working with real life, and I’m here for it! Our goal is to build an eating pattern that leaves you feeling nourished, energized, and like your best self.

Your first session with Lori

In our first session, we’ll review your health history, daily routines, and any current goals or challenges. I’ll ask questions to better understand your habits and help identify patterns that may be impacting how you feel. You don’t need to have everything figured out ahead of time—that’s what this session is for. By the end of the session, you’ll have clear, achievable next steps so you can move forward with confidence.
