About Lori

Hi, I’m Lori Graff. If you are struggling with persistent bloating, unpredictable bouts of constipation and diarrhea, or a level of fatigue that coffee simply can’t fix, I want you to know that you don’t have to 'just live with it.' With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in the making nutrition simple even for the complex cases that others often find too challenging. I’ve spent two decades helping clients get to the bottom of long-standing GI issues and the often-confusing hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause. My goal isn't just to manage your symptoms—it’s to find out why they are happening in the first place. Whether you’ve been told your labs are 'normal' despite feeling terrible, or you’re tired of the guesswork, I provide the deep-dive expertise you need to reclaim your energy and digestive peace.

Approach to care

My approach is built on 'root-cause' nutrition. We don’t just look at what’s on your plate; we look at how your body is functioning as a whole system. By bridging the gap between conventional labs and functional tools like Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA). This data-driven, holistic strategy is particularly powerful for women in perimenopause and menopause, where gut health and hormones are inextricably linked. We will work together to: • Stabilize Digestion: Addressing the root of bloating and GI distress to create daily consistency. • Restore Vitality: Using mineral and nutrient support to clear the brain fog and chronic fatigue that often accompany midlife transitions. • Simplify the Solution: Moving away from restrictive 'fad' diets and toward a sustainable, individualized plan that actually works for your body."

Your first session with Lori

In our first session, we start by connecting the dots. We will take a comprehensive look at your health history, current symptoms, and any previous lab work to understand the full story of your health. My counseling style is deeply supportive and personalized; I listen closely to how your symptoms—such as that mid-afternoon energy crash or digestive discomfort—affect your life. By the end of our time together, you’ll leave with a clear, realistic roadmap. You can expect a partner who offers both high-level clinical expertise and the ongoing accountability you need to stay on track. We are going to replace the frustration of 'unsolved' health issues with a clear path toward feeling like yourself again.
