About Lindsay

Hi, I'm Lindsay from Truckee, California. I bring 10 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and credentials that include CSO, LDN, RDN, and LD. My career spans Clinical/Hospital care, Sports Nutrition, and a Cancer Center Wellness program focused on weight management. I approach every client with evidence-based guidance, empathy, and education, meeting you where you are. Outside of work I love snowboarding, hiking, swimming, and biking. I believe food is a relationship to nurture, not a set of rules, and I'm here to help you build lasting, sustainable habits.

Approach to care

I practice with an evidence-based, holistic lens, and I'm committed to educational, empathetic care. We will move through each session as a collaboration, grounding plans in current research while honoring your experiences and preferences. I'm drawn to a weight-neutral, HAES-informed approach that foregrounds sustainable habits over quick fixes. You'll learn practical strategies, gain confidence, and build routines that fit real life. My aim is lasting change that respects your whole person, physical health, mindset, and daily joy.

Your first session with Lindsay

Think of our first appointment as a friendly conversation designed to learn who you are and what you want to achieve. We'll review your medical history and health concerns, take a deeper look at your relationship with food, and begin to pin down one or two short term goals that light your path forward. We'll also review any lab work or biometrics available so we can tailor plans to your biology. No need to have everything figured out yet; you can show up as you are, and we'll outline the next steps together.
