About Linda
Food, family, and practical problem-solving shape why I do this work. With 16 years as a registered dietitian and an MS in Public Health and Wellness from the American College of Education, I’ve worked in hospitals, community health, private practice, and as an assistant food service director. As an RDN licensed as a CDN and LDN, and certified in CPT and BCBC, I bring clinical knowledge and real-world coaching to help you build sustainable habits. When I’m not working I love cooking, gardening, and spending time with family, which keeps my approach grounded and practical.
Approach to care
Nutrition care should fit your life, not the other way around. I use evidence-based strategies while listening with empathy, so we’ll create clear, actionable steps that feel doable long term. I practice from a weight-neutral perspective, focusing on behaviors and well-being rather than a number on the scale. Together we’ll consider mental, emotional, and physical factors, and I’ll teach you the skills to make choices that last without judgment or quick fixes.
Your first session with Linda
We’ll use the first visit to build a full picture of your health and goals in a low-pressure conversation. I’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, and we’ll dive into your relationship with food so we can set short-term goals that matter to you. From there we’ll create an initial meal plan and practical next steps, so you leave with a clear, realistic path forward and the reassurance that we’ll adjust things together as needed.
