About Lily
With three years as a Registered Dietitian and a Bachelor's in Nutritional Science from Boston University, my clinical work has been rooted in hospital settings caring for children and young adults with complex medical needs. I practice as an RDN and hold CNSC credentialing, which informs how I collaborate with medical teams and families. Outside of the clinic you'll find me hiking, camping or training with my dog, cooking in the kitchen, or listening to music. I bring that same curiosity and patience to helping families build sustainable, realistic nutrition habits here in Virginia
Approach to care
I blend current research and practical skills to create nutrition plans that fit real life, not rigid rules. Grounded in evidence-based practice and, weight-neutral lens, I focus on behavior change, long-term habits, and whole-person wellbeing. Our work will be warm and nonjudgmental, yet action-oriented, so we set clear, manageable steps and track progress together. Education is central to my care, I want you to leave sessions feeling empowered with knowledge you can use every day.
Your first session with Lily
We'll start with a relaxed, collaborative conversation where I listen and learn about your story. We will review medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, and do a deep dive into your relationship with food so we understand what’s working and what’s not. I aim for a judgment-free, low-pressure visit, and you don't need to have all the answers. By the end we may agree on a couple of short-term goals that feel realistic, and outline practical next steps we can build on together.
