About Lea
I was born and raised in the Mediterranean region up until the age of 21. I’ve also been a professional track and field athlete since 2012. Growing up, I was exposed to a lot of conflicting nutrition advice from my surrounding, and I didn’t fully understand the science behind it. That experience inspired me to become a registered dietitian, I wanted to learn how to separate fact from fiction and truly understand how nutrition impacts the body.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition is rooted in sustainable changes rather than restriction. Instead, we will focus on meaningful behavioral changes that support long-term success. I believe that moderation is key and that all foods can have a place in a balanced diet. This is a collaborative journey where we will be meeting half way; through trial and error, we’ll explore different strategies until we find what truly works for you and your goals. Along the way, I prioritize education, empowering you with science-backed, evidence-based knowledge so you can make confident, informed decisions about your health.
Your first session with Lea
In your first session, we’ll take the time to understand your unique nutrition background, daily habits, and lifestyle so I can get a full picture of where you’re starting. From there, we’ll work together to establish your goal/s, along with 2–3 realistic short-term goals to help guide your progress. This session is all about creating a clear, personalized roadmap that feels achievable and aligned with your needs. You do not need to have everything figured out, we'll move at your pace and adjust as we go.
