About Kylie
Nutrition felt practical to me long before it became a career. After earning a BS in Nutritional Science, I spent six years as a Registered Dietitian working in community health, helping people build realistic, lasting habits instead of chasing short-term fixes. As an RDN and IBCLC I pair science with warmth, meeting patients where they are. When I’m not with clients you’ll likely find me hiking around Los Angeles, reminding myself how small shifts in routine can change how we feel day to day.
Approach to care
Evidence and empathy guide how I work. I rely on current research to craft clear, actionable steps we'll try together, while keeping conversations judgment-free and supportive. I take a weight-neutral stance, focusing on behaviors and overall well-being rather than numbers on a scale. Holistic care matters to me, so we’ll consider sleep, stress, activity, and the emotional side of eating. I also aim to teach along the way, so you leave sessions with practical knowledge you can use long term.
Your first session with Kylie
Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where nothing is off-limits. We’ll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, then take a deep look at your relationship with food and daily routines. Together we’ll set short-term, achievable goals and create a practical meal plan to try out. You don’t need to have everything figured out before our visit, just bring your questions and we’ll build a plan that fits your real life.
