About Kristina

With several years experience as the dietitian of a public school corporation and a mom of a a very selective eater, I understand firsthand how challenging feeding kids can be! My experiences both at home and working with students every day shape how I show up for you and your family as a clinician. I focus on helping families build realistic, sustainable habits that actually fit into their lives. You won’t hear “shoulds” from me. Instead, we focus on what’s truly doable- because that’s what leads to lasting change!

Approach to care

I support parents in nourishing their children using the best available science, with a focus on building supportive, sustainable feeding habits, as well as guidance on navigating food allergies and sensitivities. Together, we focus on everyday behaviors that help children grow, develop, and feel confident around food. My style is warm and nonjudgmental, and I take time to explain the “how” and “why” behind my recommendations so you feel confident making decisions for and with your child. We’ll create clear, realistic steps that fit your family’s day-to-day life, with practical strategies you can actually use. I consider the whole child, their physical and emotional well-being, and focus on sustainable habits that last, not quick fixes.

Your first session with Kristina

Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we’ll review your child’s medical history and explore their relationship with food. We’ll talk through what’s working, what feels challenging, and how your daily routines and mealtime environment play a role. From there, we’ll create realistic, achievable goals together. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come. As a busy mom who has supported a child with significant food avoidance, I understand that real life is full. We’ll focus on low-pressure, practical strategies that fit your actual days without judgment.
