About Kristin

**I AM A WOMEN'S HEALTH SPECIALIST and SEE ONLY WOMEN UNLESS YOU WERE SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO ME BY A LOCAL PROVIDER** I’m a registered dietitian with over 30 years of experience, passionate about helping women achieve lasting wellness through personalized nutrition. I took a few nutrition classes in college and quickly realized I’d found my calling. I supporT women in all stages of life. From navigating women’s health (pre/post menopause), to optimizing athletes’ nutrition, and managing chronic conditions like diabetes and PCOS—I meet her where she is. Clients often tell me they feel heard and supported. I listen deeply and offer personal attention beyond sessions. I live with my husband, three kids, three cats, and a dog. I love nature, travel, and cozying up with a book. After much reflection, I’ve come to deeply value the gift of one amazing life—and I help others do the same.

Approach to care

My approach to care involves listening, motivational interviewing techniques, and an evidence-based (science and research based) approach to guide my patients to being able to make lasting changes to their health. Through the use of behavior modification, realistic goal setting, and understanding nutrition and your own body's needs, we will work together to improve your health. Please note: I specialize in women's health and see only women UNLESS you are specifically referred to me by your physician. I use AI to teach you to make your own meal plans-- I do not make meal plans other ways.

Your first session with Kristin

In our first session, expect us to get to know each other and to set some goals. We will begin to dig into what it is that needs changing, modifying, or addition to your lifestyle. I believe strongly in making SMART goals and breaking down those goals into reasonable steps to achieve lasting health benefits.
