About Kristen

Nutrition has always felt like a practical science to me, something that can simplify rather than complicate daily life. I hold an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics and have spent 10 years working as a registered dietitian in clinical and hospital settings, helping people translate medical recommendations into doable routines. I love morning runs, exploring new places and foods, and catching live music, and I bring that same curiosity and enjoyment of food to the work we do together.

Together we'll set realistic short-term goals so you leave with clear, manageable next steps. You don't need to have it all figured out, just come as you are and we'll build a plan that fits your life.
