About Kimberly
Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all and your weight does not define your health. I'm passionate about helping you heal your relationship to food and body, because all foods can fit and lasting change is built together. I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), with experience in outpatient and performance nutrition settings with the U.S. Army.
Approach to care
I guide people through an evidence-focused, weight-neutral path that centers whole-person well-being. We will use current research and practical strategies to set clear, achievable steps, while honoring your lived experience in a warm, nonjudgmental space. Sessions are educational and action-oriented, so you'll leave with specific tools and accountability. Together we'll focus on sustainable habits, not quick fixes, and address physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that shape health.
Your first session with Kimberly
Plan on a relaxed, thorough conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have. We'll talk about your daily routines, relationship with food, and what feels most important to change, then establish short-term goals that are realistic for your life. You do not need to have answers ahead of time. This is judgment-free and collaborative, and we'll leave with clear, manageable next steps so you feel supported rather than overwhelmed.
