About Kimberly
Nutrition has always been a passion for me. With nine years as a Registered Dietitian and a B.S. in Nutrition from the University of Nevada, Reno, I draw on clinical experience to help people heal and thrive. As an RDN and LD I use patient-centered, evidence-based practices to meet you where you are. In my free time I love reading, cooking and baking for my family, and playing board or card games with them.
Approach to care
Food, health, and healing deserve a thoughtful, weight-neutral approach grounded in science and compassion. I combine evidence-based guidance with a warm, nonjudgmental stance so we'll focus on behaviors that support your wellbeing rather than restrictive rules or a number on the scale. Together we'll set clear, practical steps and build sustainable habits that honor the whole person.
Your first session with Kimberly
Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we'll review your medical history and establish a couple of short-term goals that feel doable. You don't need to have everything figured out. We'll talk about what matters most to you, then translate that into simple action steps and practical accountability. I aim to create a supportive, weight-neutral space where you feel heard and empowered to build long-term healthy habits.
