About Kimberly
Food has always been both a science and a source of joy for me. As an RDN who also holds an MA in Communication, and with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers, I bring 15 years of clinical, community, and school nutrition experience to our work together. I love running, crafting, cooking, and getting lost in a good book, and I bring that same curiosity and creativity to helping you build habits that fit your life. Nutrition shouldn't feel overwhelming or make you miserable, so we'll focus on small, realistic changes that actually stick.
Approach to care
Evidence guides the recommendations I share, empathy shapes how we use them, and clear action keeps us moving forward. I practice from a Health At Every Size mindset, so our conversations are weight-neutral and centered on behavior, wellbeing, and long-term sustainability. We'll translate research into practical steps, and I will teach you the why behind each strategy so you can make informed choices. Together we'll address sleep, stress, movement, and food, and adjust plans as needed to fit your life.
Your first session with Kimberly
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and take a genuine deep dive into your relationship with food. You don't need to have everything figured out beforehand. We'll talk about routines, wins, frustrations, and what matters most to you. From that discussion we'll establish short-term, manageable goals and a clear first step, so you leave with confidence and one or two practical things to try before our next visit.
