About Kelsey
I’ve never believed nutrition should feel like a rigid set of rules. With more than 13 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian in corporate wellness and community health, I focus on helping people build habits that support real life—not perfection. I’m also a board-certified health coach, which allows me to combine evidence-based nutrition with coaching strategies that support meaningful, lasting change. Instead of quick fixes, I work with clients to develop sustainable patterns around food, health, and daily life. I believe balance matters. Food should be nourishing and enjoyable, and health should feel supportive rather than restrictive. My approach is personalized and whole-person focused, because no two people—or lifestyles—are the same. When I’m not working with clients, I love cooking, reading, practicing yoga, and spending time at live music or theatre—usually dancing whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition care should feel supportive, collaborative, and realistic—not judgmental or overwhelming. My role is to help you sort through the noise around nutrition and find an approach that works for your unique life. My work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition and a Health at Every Size–informed perspective, which means we focus on behaviors, wellbeing, and long-term health rather than chasing numbers on a scale. Together we’ll turn research into practical steps you can actually use day to day. Because I’m also a board-certified health coach, I look at the bigger picture: stress, routines, mindset, and the many factors that shape our relationship with food. We’ll set meaningful goals, build sustainable habits, and adjust along the way so your approach to health can evolve with your life.
Your first session with Kelsey
Your first visit is a relaxed, supportive conversation where we’ll get to know each other and start building a plan that fits your life. We’ll talk about your health history, your experiences with food, your daily routines, and what’s currently feeling challenging or confusing. Just as importantly, I want to understand what matters most to you—your goals, priorities, and the strengths you already bring to the table. There’s no judgment and no expectation that you have everything figured out before we meet. Together we’ll identify a few realistic next steps and begin creating an approach to nutrition that feels practical, balanced, and sustainable. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about where we’re headed next.
