Hello! Glad you found me here on the Nourish platform*:) The main thing to know about me is that I’m a realist. My approach is based on physiological principles, which allows us to truly customize your wellness roadmap and create lifestyle strategies that work. I prioritize simplicity and practicality, but also honor the importance of taking a deeper dive into complex issues to identify long-term solutions. I’ve never been one for counting calories, but I do believe in the magic of macronutrient ratios, intuitive eating cycles, and personalized wellness plans that prioritize longevity and quality of life over BMI and calorie deficits. I support people with implementing sustainable, evidence-based changes while keeping the process approachable and engaging. With a good good balance of professionalism and relatability, I create an environment where lasting transformation feels possible.

Every aspect of our life influences the way we eat, so it’s important to acknowledge how sleep quality, emotional regulation, and countless other factors affect our ability to optimize wellbeing. There is an endless amount of information available in the digital age, I’m here to help you sort through it and identify what makes the most sense for YOU during this season of your life. I’m always game for a wellness intensive but doing a major lifestyle overhaul isn’t feasible for most of us, so starting with small adjustments to current habits tends to produce lasting behavior change while minimizing stress and overwhelm.
Your first session with Kelly
Our first session together focuses on sharing what is most important to you so we can maximize the time we have together. If you aren't quite sure where to start or feel overwhelmed with all the possibilities, we will identify and prioritize your wellness goals through casual conversation. There's no set agenda and I find that allowing space for organic connection allows the most relevant information to surface naturally. We will make sure that you walk away from each session with at least one clear, reasonable action item to focus on before our visits.
