About Kelly

Nutrition became personal for me early on, and that perspective still shapes how I work. With an MS in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and four years as a Registered Dietitian, I’ve helped people in private practice and community health settings find realistic ways to feel better. Being from Colorado, of course I love hiking, skiing, and just being in the mountains. I have newly discovered in the last few years that I also love boxing, strength training, and pilates. Who knew? I guess life has surprised me in this way. Always, I have loved to entertain and feed friends & family. Finding ways to go out and hit the restaurant scene while keeping to my personal health goals is always a fun challenge. At home I’m the one chasing my kitten and puppy between walks, work, and meal prep, so I know how health habits need to fit an authentic, busy life.

Approach to care

I center care in both science and your lived experience. I use current research to guide recommendations, while staying warm, nonjudgmental, and weight-neutral. We’ll focus on behaviors that you can keep long term, not quick fixes or strict rules. I aim to teach you practical skills, break goals into clear action steps, and support the whole person, including sleep, stress and daily routines. Together we'll build sustainable habits that actually fit your life.

Your first session with Kelly

We’ll start by talking through your medical history and any lab work you have, so we have a clear picture together. I’ll ask about routines, wins and frustrations, and what matters most to you. From there I will help you set short-term goals and sketch long-term goals that feel meaningful. You don’t need to have all the answers. We’ll leave with a couple of action items that feel doable and even a bit fun, so change feels realistic and sustainable.
