About Kelly
I’ve been a registered dietitian for 9 years with a background in acute care. I am passionate about helping people build a more supportive and sustainable relationship with food. I believe nutrition should feel empowering—not overwhelming or restrictive. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your journey.
Approach to care
I believe health looks different for everyone, and that well-being goes beyond numbers or rigid definitions. I focus on providing individualized nutrition education that helps you develop intuitive, mindful, and sustainable habits that align with your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. Let's collaborate together to find what truly works in your day-to-day life.
Your first session with Kelly
Our first session is all about getting to know you- your experiences, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of nutrition counseling. We can explore: Your current eating patterns and relationship with food; Your health history and lifestyle; Any challenges, concerns, or past experiences with nutrition; Your personal goals (no matter how big or small). This is a collaborative and judgment-free space. There’s no pressure to change everything at once—instead, we’ll begin identifying small, realistic steps that feel manageable for you. I look forward to working with you!
