About Kellie

Helping clients use food and nutrition knowledge to improve health, prevent disease or illness, discover stressfree eating, honor brain fuel cues, and decipher truth from the maze of nutrition information -- my passion for 40 years. My varied career experiences provide knowledge and skills for optimal client care and also speed for results. Experiences such as In patient/hospital Clinical RDN, Out patient Private Practice owner, Consultant Research RDN, an Eating Specialist for Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating RDN. My Specialty as an Eating Disorders RDN began in 1988 with extensive training at all levels of care, all ages and diagnoses, and including FBT with children/teens and their parents. Every person I meet is so unique. Providing Individualized care, meeting clients where they are in that moment, both medically and emotionally, is a true pleasure and honor. I bring patience, curiosity, and a practical focus to help clients move forward to desired outcomes.

Approach to care

Here to help you move forward on your goals and any roadblocks/struggles in your way. My recommendations are based on evidence and we'll translate information into clear, practical steps to try and adjust together. Working from a Health At Every Size perspective, focus will be on behaviors and well-being rather than a number on the scale. Sessions are warm and nonjudgmental, educational and direct, with realistic action steps and gentle accountability so changes are sustainable and tailored to your whole life.

Your first session with Kellie

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and look over any lab work or biometrics you bring. We'll talk through your goals and priorities, and I’ll provide evidence-based context and practical options. Together we'll establish one or two realistic short-term goals and outline clear next steps that fit your life. You don't need to have everything figured out, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you.
