I am passionate about nutrition, health and fitness and I am here for you to be successful! I want to be an accountability partner in your journey to meet your health and wellness goals! If you have the desire to lose extra weight, have more energy, improve sleep habits, and experience health and wellness from the inside out than let's connect! I am a Registered Dietitian with 10 years' experience. My career has spanned clinical outpatient care and private practice. When I'm not supporting patients you'll find me hiking, surfing, snorkeling, running, or baking something delicious!

Our work will be educational, judgment-free, and collaborative, with clear, actionable steps and gentle accountability so small changes add up into lasting habits.
Your first session with Katie
Expect a warm, low-pressure conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have. We'll talk through your routines, preferences, and challenges so we can create a personalized meal plan and establish one or two short-term goals. You don't need to have everything figured out beforehand, we'll piece it together and leave with clear, manageable next steps.
