About Kathryn
Food science and human stories have been the throughline of my work for the past six years as a Registered Dietitian. I earned my MS in Nutrition Science from UMass Amherst and have practiced in community health programs and outpatient clinical settings, which taught me to translate research into real-life plans. As an RD and LDN who also holds a CPT, I enjoy blending nutrition with movement. When I’m not with patients you’ll find me on the pickleball court, unrolling my yoga mat, or lost in a good book.
Approach to care
I center care on evidence, compassion, and clear next steps. My work is educational and compassionate. Many times we are told what we need to do, but not taught why. My goal is to educate you to help you with your food and nutrition goals. We will work together to make manageable changes for you while honoring your lived experience and goals.
Your first session with Kathryn
We’ll start with a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where I review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring, while learning about your routines and priorities. There’s no need to have everything figured out. Together we’ll translate what the data and your story tell us into one or two short-term, achievable goals so you leave with a clear, practical plan and a sense of direction rather than pressure.
