About Katherine
Food is both science and something deeply personal. I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition from Stony Brook University, with experience in community health where I learned to meet people where they are. I help clients simplify nutrition and build sustainable habits that fit into their daily lives. My approach focuses on consistency over perfection, creating realistic changes that support long-term health. Outside of my work, I enjoy sourdough baking, gardening, and exploring seasonal, homegrown foods.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should be sustainable, individualized, and judgment-free. I focus on building balanced habits, not perfection. Together, we will create a plan that works for your lifestyle, preferences, and cultural background, while supporting your long-term health.
