About Katelyn
Food isn’t just fuel. It’s routine, culture, comfort, connection, and fun! I know figuring out how it fits into your life can feel complicated, especially when you have health goals. As a Registered Dietitian, I use evidence-based strategies and focus on building sustainable habits. I've worked across clinical, community health, sports nutrition, and skilled nursing settings over the past 5 years. I earned a BA in Dietetics and Nutrition and a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi. Outside of work you'll find me reading, lacing up for a run, or soaking up time outside, which helps me bring real-world balance to the plans we build together.

I focus on what actually works for your life, not a perfect routine. Our conversations will build sustainable habits that support your overall health and wellbeing. Sessions are collaborative and nonjudgmental, and I provide clear, action-oriented steps we can try together. I also teach the “why” behind recommendations, so you’ll leave feeling confident making changes that fit your values and schedule.
Your first session with Katelyn
Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we review your medical history and take a deep dive into your relationship with food. We'll talk about routines, wins, and frustrations, then establish short-term goals and build a meal plan that fits your life. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet, just the willingness to be honest. We'll finish with clear, manageable next steps so you feel supported and ready to move forward with goals you can achieve and maintain.
