About Katalin

My fascination with health, physiology, and my love for animals led me to pursue a veterinary degree in Hungary. However, my path shifted when my Mother was diagnosed with cancer 17 years ago. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a search for answers about chronic illness and ways to support her. Through this journey, I discovered the profound impact of food, nutrition, and lifestyle on health. Since my veterinary degree was not recognized in the United States, and my passion for dietetics continued to grow, I chose to formalize my knowledge by pursuing studies in nutrition.

Every person is unique—your goals, challenges, and the way you approach change are entirely your own. My focus is on You as a whole individual. Health isn’t just about food, it’s shaped by sleep, stress, movement, and the rhythms of your daily life. Together, we’ll build a healthier lifestyle centered around your needs in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. A healthy gut is foundational to overall health. As Hippocrates said, “All disease begins in the gut” and “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”. When we support the gut, we often see improvements across many other areas of health, including the prevention, and the reversal of chronic conditions. I aim to meet you exactly where you are on your journey. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, so together we’ll explore what truly works for you and create personalized, effective strategies that support long term well-being.

Your first session with Katalin

Our first session is a thorough exploration of your health, history and lifestyle. I would like to learn about your goals, your daily routine, the challenges you face, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. From there, we can begin by shaping a personalized plan that truly fits your life. Together, we’ll establish one or two realistic short-term goals to help you build momentum and confidence. I encourage you to ask questions and let me know how I can support you even better. My hope is that you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and concerns. I know that change can feel overwhelming, but you won’t be navigating it alone — I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I’m genuinely excited to get to know You and to accompany You on your health journey.
