About Kasey
After receiving my MS in Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati I've been working for 20 years with patients and families. I’ve worked in clinical and government hospital settings and in private practice, practicing as a registered dietitian and earning my CDCES (certified diabetes care and educational specialist) credentials along the way. I’m a working mom, sister, daughter, and aunt who gardens, rides my Peloton, travels, and spends weekends at my kid’s soccer and Girl Scouts events. I understand the real-life juggle and and ready to meet you on that level.
Approach to care
I center nutrition care on solid science and practical steps that actually fit your life. We’ll move through evidence-based strategies focusing on behaviors and sustainable habits rather than quick fixes and un-useful supplements. I'm personable, easy-going and action-oriented, but also warm and judgment-free, so education and empathy go hand in hand. Together we’ll build realistic, long-term changes that honor the whole person family dynamic, not just single food choices.
Your first session with Kasey
Expect a warm, low-pressure conversation where I’ll guide us through your medical history and any past experiences with dietitians or special diets. We’ll take a deep look at your relationship with food, what’s working, and what feels hard. Together we’ll set one or two realistic short-term goals to get momentum. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just come as you are and we’ll create manageable steps that fit your real life.
