About Kasey
Food has felt like a map for me ever since I studied nutrition, which led to a BS in Nutritional Sciences with a concentration in Dietetics. Over six years as a registered dietitian in both clinical hospital settings and private practice I learned how to translate medical needs into realistic, day-to-day changes. I meet patients where they are, helping set realistic goals at a realistic pace. When I’m not working you'll find me biking, walking with family, gardening, or testing a new recipe. Those everyday moments are where sustainable change happens, and I bring that same warmth and curiosity to every visit.

Centered on lasting habits and a weight-neutral perspective, I combine evidence-based guidance with compassionate, nonjudgmental support. I draw on HAES principles and a holistic lens so we can look beyond a number and into sleep, stress, activity, and your relationship with food. We'll translate science into clear, practical steps you can actually keep, and I’ll teach you why options work so you can make informed choices. Together we'll set direct, manageable actions and realistic accountability so change feels doable and sustainable.
Your first session with Kasey
We'll begin by going through your medical history and any available lab work or biometrics, and then take time for a deep dive into your relationship with food so I can understand patterns, preferences, and barriers. This is a judgment-free conversation, low pressure and collaborative, so you don’t need to have everything figured out. By the end we'll establish short-term, realistic goals tailored to your life, and outline concrete first steps you can try. Expect clear guidance, practical next moves, and space to be honest about wins and struggles.
