About Justine
I attended the University of New Hampshire and completed my required supervised practice hours through Sodexo Dietetic Internships. I practice as an RDN who values practical, evidence-informed guidance. Outside of work I’m often at the ballpark with my husband and two children, spending a day at the beach, walking nature trails, reading, or experimenting in the kitchen. Those everyday moments help keep my recommendations realistic and sustainable.
Approach to care
I see nutrition as both science and lived habit, so we focus on evidence-based strategies that fit your life, not quick fixes. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental stance, looking at the whole person including sleep, stress, and routines. Our time is educational and action-oriented. Together we'll translate research into clear, practical steps, build sustainable habits, and adjust plans as life changes, so progress lasts.
Your first session with Justine
We’ll begin by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you can share, so we have a clear clinical picture. The conversation is relaxed and judgment-free, where we’ll talk about routines, wins, frustrations, and what you’d like to change. You don’t need perfect records or answers. Together we’ll identify a couple of practical, manageable next steps and a plan for follow-up that fits your family and schedule.
