About Julia
In my eight years as a Registered Dietitian, I’ve learned that the most effective nutrition plan is the one that actually works with your life—not against it. I draw on both clinical expertise and counseling experience to help you move away from temporary fixes and toward lasting, meaningful change. When I’m off the clock, you can usually find me out for a run, experimenting with new recipes, or spending time with my family.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should be grounded in science but delivered with warmth. My approach is nonjudgmental and holistic, meaning we look at the whole picture—including how your mental and emotional well-being affects your choices. Together, we’ll break down complex research into clear, action-oriented steps. My goal is to empower you with the 'why' behind every change, ensuring the habits we build together are sustainable, realistic, and evolve right along with you.
Your first session with Julia
Expect a low-pressure, thoughtful conversation where we'll explore your relationship with food, medical history, routines and identify 1-2 short-term goals that feel doable. You don't need to bring a perfect food log or have all the answers. I'll listen without judgment, and together we'll walk away with clear next steps and a plan that respects your life and priorities.
