About Jordan

Hi, my name is Jordan, and food has shaped my life in the most meaningful ways. I started my career as a sous chef working in commercial kitchens before becoming a registered dietitian (RD, CNSC) with a Master of Public Health, and I love blending my culinary background with evidence‑based nutrition to make healthy changes feel realistic and doable. I specialize in supporting people with GI issues, liver conditions, and heart disease, and I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where you feel understood and empowered throughout your health journey. Outside of work, my faith is the center of my life — I love Jesus and being involved in my church. I also enjoy cooking and baking, spending time outdoors, being with my family, and loving on any animal I meet. These parts of my life keep my approach grounded, compassionate, and focused on what truly matters; becoming the best version of you!

Approach to care

I center care on evidence, empathy, and long-term habits, not quick fixes. Using a Health At Every Size framework, we'll focus on behaviors that support your wellbeing while keeping weight out of the center of the conversation. I draw on science and clinical experience to give clear, action-oriented strategies, while also teaching the why behind recommendations. Together we'll build realistic steps that fit your life, honoring the whole person, emotional health included.

Your first session with Jordan

We'll spend our first visit reviewing your medical history and talking through your daily routines, wins, and frustrations in a judgment-free way. You don't need to have answers or perfect records. We'll listen to your goals and priorities, then agree on one or two short-term, achievable steps so you leave with clarity and momentum. Expect a warm, practical conversation where we'll plan sustainable actions together.
