About Jill

Food is both science and one of the most powerful tools we have for feeling our best. Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible people across hospitals and virtual care, helping them build realistic, sustainable habits that fit their lives. My approach is centered on creating lasting change through practical nutrition, mindset shifts, and routines that support your goals, energy, and overall well being. Outside of work, I love staying active and spending time outdoors: paddle boarding, snowboarding, horseback riding, rollerblading, and enjoying time with family and friends!

Approach to care

The most meaningful changes happen when we focus on sustainable habits, balanced meals, and continuous motivation and support. Together, we turn nutrition science into simple strategies that fit your real life. I meet you where you are, help you build confidence in your choices, and support you in creating habits that improve your health, energy, and overall wellbeing.

Your first session with Jill

Our first session is a relaxed, collaborative conversation focused on understanding you. We’ll review your health history, discuss your current eating habits, and talk through your goals. We will identify a few practical next steps and create a personalized nutrition strategy that fits your lifestyle. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling supported, clear on your plan, and confident about what to focus on moving forward.
