About Jessica

Food has always been the bridge between science and everyday life for me. Across 25 years as a registered dietitian, with a BS in Health and Human Sciences and clinical RD training in Boston, I've practiced in hospitals, diabetes, obesity and metabolic health clinics, research, sports nutrition, community health, and cardiac rehabilitation in MA, CT, and NY. As a CDN and RD I love elevating simple meals to be quick, balanced and delicious. When I'm not working you will find me cooking international dishes for my family, hiking with my rescue pup, attempting bad karaoke, weaving a blanket or binge-reading a great book.

Approach to care

I help to integrate nutrition science in a compassionate, collaborative, holistic manner providing practical support so we can create sustainable habits together. We'll focus on actionable, high impact habits that improve health, not a number on a scale, using current research and proven protocols while staying judgment-free. I aim to meet you where you are on your journey, by being direct and action-oriented, providing support and accountability to help you feel your best.

Your first session with Jessica

We'll begin by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, then do a thoughtful deep dive into drivers of health including sleep, movement, bowel regularity, nutrition, meal composition, and timing. We'll discuss meal planning and prep, your preferences, and any external or internal factors that affect eating. Together we'll establish short-term goals and create practical meal guidance, often finding one or two manageable opportunities to bring more balance to your day. No pressure, no judgment, you don't need to have it all figured out.
