I’m a registered dietitian passionate about helping people improve their performance and feel confident in how they nourish their bodies. I believe food should add to your life, not complicate it. With so much conflicting nutrition information out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure of what actually works. I’m here to simplify things, help you tune into what your body needs, and create a way of sustainable eating that supports your health, mindset, and everyday activities!

I believe nutrition is personalized and rooted in meeting you where you are. With a foundation in performance nutrition, it’s about understanding your goals, your lifestyle and activity, and what truly works best for your body. I take a realistic, flexible, and whole-person approach, recognizing that health goes beyond just food. Factors like daily habits, sleep, and stress all play a role and building a healthy relationship with food is always the priority. Together we’ll focus on small, realistic goals that support both your physical and mental well-being. With encouragement and ongoing support, my aim is to help you build confidence in your choices and create lasting, sustainable habits that fuels your life!

Your first session with Jessica

I want to hear all about you! We'll take some time to get to know each other and talk about your life. We’ll talk through your health history, daily routine, eating habits, activity level, and anything else that feels important to share. This is also a chance for me to learn about your goals and what you’re hoping to get out of our time together. I’ll guide the conversation with open-ended questions, but it’s a relaxed, open space where you can share as much as you feel comfortable and ask questions at any point. My goal is to make this feel supportive and collaborative, not overwhelming.
