About Jessica
Nutrition first drew me in during graduate school at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where I completed graduate training in public health and dietetics. In my first year as a registered dietitian I've worked in both community health programs and clinical hospital settings, helping people turn medical needs into practical eating plans. As an RDN and LDN I bring evidence-informed care with a warm, curious approach. When I'm not with patients I love reading, experimenting in the kitchen, strength training, taking photos, tending my garden, or soaking in live music. I am passionate about helping you build a balanced, sustainable relationship with food that nourishes and energizes your daily life.
Approach to care
True nutrition care centers the whole person, not a number on a scale. Grounded in current research, I practice from a Health At Every Size lens that focuses on behaviors, function, and well-being rather than restriction. In a judgment-free, supportive space we'll translate science into practical, doable steps. I'll teach you the why behind recommendations and we'll set clear, actionable goals together, emphasizing sustainable habits and long-term change rather than quick fixes.
Your first session with Jessica
Expect a relaxed, thorough conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring. We'll take a deep dive into your relationship with food, exploring what's working, what's frustrating, and what matters most to you. Together we'll identify a couple of realistic short-term goals and a few practical first steps. You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet. This is a low-pressure, nonjudgmental space where we'll build a plan that fits your life.
