About Jennifer
Nutrition has been my compass for two decades. After earning a BS in Nutrition and Science from Immaculata University, I built experience in hospitals, private practice, and long-term care, and I bring that range to my work in Garnet Valley as an RD and LDN. I enjoy cooking, taking Pilates, Yoga, Body Pump and Body Combat classes, and spending time outdoors. I work with clients to set realistic, patient-centered goals that enhance nutritional status and fit everyday life.
Approach to care
Evidence guides the recommendations I share, and your life guides how we put them into practice. I practice through a Health At Every Size lens, focusing on behaviors, health markers, and sustainable habits instead of strict rules or weight-based targets. Together we'll turn science into clear, practical steps, using education and gentle accountability so changes stick. My style is warm and nonjudgmental, holistic and action-oriented, meeting you where you are and supporting long-term success.
Your first session with Jennifer
We'll begin with a relaxed, judgment-free conversation about your medical history, any recent labs or biometrics, and what matters most to you. I won't expect you to have all the answers, and we'll work together to identify one or two realistic short-term goals that feel achievable. By the end you'll have clear next steps and a plan we can adjust as we learn what works for your life.
