About Jennifer
Hi, Iâm Jennifer, a Registered Dietitian with 18 years of experience in private practice and community health. I specialize in womenâs healthâfrom fertility and pregnancy through perimenopause and menopause. My background includes a masterâs degree in nutrition and a bachelorâs degree in biology with a minor in chemistry, along with the MS, CD, RDN, and LD credentials. Earlier in my career, I worked as a doula and gained experience supporting breastfeeding and lactation, which deepened my passion for helping women through each stage of their reproductive health. I love translating nutrition science into practical guidance women can apply in everyday life.

Jennifer enjoys yoga, strength training, HIIT workouts, hiking, walking her dogs, and loves being outside in nature.
