About Jennifer
Nutrition has been my passion for 20 years, shaping how I support people in Buffalo and beyond. I studied at Buffalo State College and D'Youville College, and I bring clinical, community health, and corporate wellness experience to each conversation. As a CDN and RD, I care deeply about clearing up nutrition myths and helping you find practical, enjoyable habits. When I'm not working you'll probably find me running, hiking, cooking, camping, or planning the next trip.
Approach to care
Science and compassion guide the work I do with patients. I use evidence-based strategies to teach practical skills, while honoring the whole person, not just numbers on a chart. We'll set clear, achievable steps together, focusing on sustainable habits and a weight-neutral, behavior-centered lens. Expect straightforward, empathetic coaching that empowers you to make informed choices and keeps change realistic for long-term success.
Your first session with Jennifer
During your first visit we'll take time to review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have, so we can understand the full picture. We'll talk about what matters to you, your routines, and what feels doable. Together we'll establish short-term goals that are specific and manageable. This is a judgment-free, low-pressure conversation, so you don't need to have everything figured out before we meet.
