About Jennifer
Food and curiosity have been my companions for three decades. I trained at the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Nutritional Sciences, and my career has taken me through clinical hospital settings, outpatient clinics, corporate wellness, diabetes management, and military health. My clinical training as an RD and CDCES, together with my LDN license, supports how I assess and teach. Outside the office you will often find me doing yoga, walking my dogs, or planning travel, and I love helping people see that healthy food does not need to be boring.
Approach to care
Evidence and kindness guide how I work with patients. I combine current research with a holistic perspective that centers behavior change and overall well being rather than a number on the scale. We'll translate science into clear, practical steps and measurable short-term goals so progress is sustainable. Education is central, and I meet people where they are with empathy, accountability, and straightforward strategies we can adapt together.
Your first session with Jennifer
Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we review your medical history and talk about what you want to achieve. We'll explore routines, challenges, and past experiences without judgment, and together we'll establish one or two short-term, achievable goals to get you moving in a direction that fits your life. You do not need to have everything figured out. We'll leave with practical next steps and a plan to build sustainable habits at a pace that works for you.
