About Jeanna
Hello there! I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in oncology nutrition with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through all stages of their health journey. Whether you are navigating a cancer diagnosis, managing treatment side effects, working to rebuild strength and nutrition, or looking to improve your overall health, you are in the right place. There is often an overwhelming amount of information—and pressure—when it comes to nutrition, especially during times of change. My role as your dietitian is to meet you where you are and provide a safe, supportive space for learning, sharing, and growing. Together, we will focus on practical, realistic strategies to help you feel more confident in nourishing your body and reaching your personal goals.
Approach to care
I believe in a compassionate, judgment-free approach—partnering with you to create sustainable habits, improve your relationship with food, and support long-term health and well-being. I look forward to working with you as we build a plan that feels empowering, achievable, and truly personalized to you. I believe nutrition should add joy, happiness, & health instead of fear, anxiety, or stress. I look forward to working with you!
Your first session with Jeanna
Our first session together will be a meaningful and productive conversation focused on getting to know you and your health journey. We will take time to explore your medical and nutrition history, current challenges, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences, concerns, and goals. Together, we will begin identifying your short- and long-term goals—whether that’s managing side effects, improving nutrition during or after treatment, supporting weight or metabolic health, or simply feeling better day to day. We will collaborate to create realistic, sustainable steps that fit your lifestyle and meet you where you are.
